SAKHALIN-1
Chayvo Sahil Oil Processing Facility (OPF)
Sakhalin-1 Project, located on the northeastern coast of Sakhalin Island; It was developed within the scope of a product sharing agreement signed between a consortium of Russian, Indian, Japanese and American companies and the Russian Government. The agreement entered into force in 1996; It includes the Chayvo, Odoptu and Arkutun-Dagi fields, which have a recoverable resource potential of 307 million tons of oil and 485 billion m³ of natural gas.
Hydrocarbons extracted from the field are processed at the Chayvo Sahil Oil Processing Facility. Stabilized oil is supplied to the international market through the DeKastri Oil Export Terminal, and natural gas is supplied to the Russian domestic market; A portion of the gas is re-injected to maintain reservoir pressure.
In May 2005, ENKA acquired Fluor Daniel Eurasia Inc. on behalf of Exxon Neftegas Limited. signed a contract for the mechanical and piping systems installation of the facility managed by; The work was completed at the end of December 2006, two months ahead of schedule.
SAKHALIN-2
Offshore Processing Facility (OPF)
Sakhalin-2 Project; It is an integrated oil and natural gas development project designed to enable year-round production of the Piltun-Astokhskoye oil field and the Lunskoye natural gas field in the Sea of Okhotsk. Located in the Nogliki region, 7 km inland from the coast, the Coastal Processing Plant is Russia's first combined oil and natural gas processing facility and is among the largest in its class in the world.

Facility; It separates and purifies gas, condensate and crude oil from the Lunskoye and Piltun-Astokhskoye fields and pumps it to the LNG facility and oil export terminals in the south of the island. In addition, it has a comprehensive infrastructure that supports both its own operations and offshore platforms 30 km offshore.
ENKA completed the expansion and improvement contract it signed in October 2006 at the end of 2008.
Success in Challenging Conditions
Extremely Harsh Climate
In winter, temperatures of −35 °C, snow up to 3 meters and strong winds; the sea frozen for six months; Risk of floods in spring, storms and earthquakes in summer.
Logistics
Since there were no local resources in a untouched and remote region, all personnel, equipment and materials were transported from other regions of Russia and abroad. The transportation plan, supported by risk analyses, was successfully implemented throughout the project.
Workforce
Personnel were brought from Türkiye, Asia-Pacific and remote parts of Russia; Special rotation programs were implemented. With comprehensive training, inexperienced employees were transformed into a qualified workforce and there was no loss of productivity.
Environment
Environmental conditions in this extremely sensitive ecosystem were meticulously examined; The natural life around the project sites was protected without any damage.
